More than just a shed:
find a mate and be a mate

The formal objectives of the WCMS are inclusive of, but not limited, to the following:

Combining skills of those participating in WCMS to teach others new skills (woodwork, metalwork, gardening, landscaping, computer skills etc.)

Being aware of the needs and personalities of men participating in WCMS and seeking ways to respond where appropriate

Engendering friendship, support and relevant information (including guest speakers) that benefits a holistic approach to the needs of men involved in the WCMS.

Encouraging those involved to use their skills and interaction with the shed to assist in benefitting the community in ways determined by the WCMS, this may include making items for sale either to assist charities or the further work of the Men's Shed.
